Vinod Kalathil is a Chicago based amateur photographer. Vinod has been actively pursuing his craft since 2014, and has since developed an impressive portfolio mainly consisting of architecture and landscape. Capturing vistas of his local Chicago skyline, and when he travels for business, Vinod enjoys illustrating the relationship humanity has with nature – an interaction that leaves its mark both in urban environments and remote areas. Vinod sees city skylines as living breathing entities, continuously transformed by changes in sunlight, weather, and perspective.
Mostly self studied, Vinod was first introduced to photography as a child in the southern state of Kerala, India. An apprentice of Photography at Arcanum, Vinod’s work has been featured in charitable work for the Boston Emerald Necklace Conservancy.
